Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who are not using insurance with an estimate of expected charges for medical and mental health services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the anticipated cost of therapy services prior to beginning treatment.
The Good Faith Estimate will include expected costs for services reasonably anticipated as part of your care.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time during treatment.
